Yoga For Schools
We make yoga and mindfulness a core component of the school day for students in Pre-K through 12th grade.
Our Yoga for Schools program pairs yoga teachers with schools throughout New York City. We have a team of teachers who represent the populations we serve and are experienced in working with kids of all ages, abilities and backgrounds, including the most vulnerable. All of our teachers have completed our 95-hour Children’s Yoga Teacher Training certification.
We tailor our classes to meet the specific needs of students and staff and offer community classes for staff and parents after school or on Saturdays. Please contact us for inquiries and more information.
