“I have taken many yoga trainings over the years and even led a 25-hour kids yoga teacher training module. This training topped them all in terms of the amount of information provided. I learned how to create clear, engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans, I better understand the unique developmental stages of K-12th graders, my classroom management has also improved."

“BOL does a fantastic job. We were welcomed and we created a true learning relationship. Not even in face-to-face courses have I had an experience like this...I don't thank you alone. I also say this on behalf of the children who are practicing these beautiful teachings.”

"The information and the experience of the BOL program
has enhanced my whole being as a teacher and a yogi. Learning
about neurodiversity and trauma-informed yoga practices, the readings required, the conversations, lectures and in-person
Zoom experience all contributed to the impact on my
