Middle School Student Yoga Questionnaire Results:

  • 96% reported that they are kinder toward their friends, families, teachers and others
  • 88% reported that they have a more positive attitude toward how they think about themselves
  • 82% of students reported that they use the breathing techniques they learned in yoga to calm down when they feel angry
  • 73% of students reported that yoga helps them get along better with others
